A Celebration of Success: 3rd Health Roadshow Seminar “Strong Heart, Smart Brain – Be Aware of Heart Disease and Stroke”
Jointly organized by Srisawan Hospital and Bangkok Hospital
On March 8, 2025, Srisawan Hospital, in collaboration with Bangkok Hospital, held the third installment of its health roadshow seminar under the theme “Strong Heart, Smart Brain – Be Aware of Heart Disease and Stroke” at Central Nakhon Sawan Hall, Central Plaza Nakhon Sawan. The objective was to raise public awareness about heart and brain health, as well as to educate attendees on the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases—among the leading causes of death in Thailand.
The event attracted an enthusiastic crowd of over 300 participants from Nakhon Sawan and neighboring provinces. The high level of engagement reflected growing public interest in preventive healthcare and demonstrated the success of both hospitals’ ongoing commitment to community health education.
The seminar took place in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fostering meaningful exchanges of knowledge. It commenced with an opening address by Dr. Chavalit Vimonchalao, Chief Executive Officer of Srisawan Hospital Group.

The event featured four distinguished physicians who delivered insightful and easy-to-understand presentations:

- Topic: “Managing Hypertension and Diabetes to Prevent Brain and Heart Failure”
- Dr. Thanapong Loimek, Neurosurgeon, Srisawan Hospital Nakhon Sawan
- Topic: “Surgical Options for Treating Stroke”
- Dr. Chakorn Chansakul, Neurologist specializing in headaches and migraines, Bangkok International Hospital
- Topic: “How Migraines Harm the Brain and Heart”
- Dr. Permyot Ruangsakulrat, Cardiothoracic Surgeon and Deputy Director, Bangkok Heart Hospital
- Topic: “Preventing Stroke and Heart Failure with Advanced Cardio-Cervical Technology”
The talks covered key information on heart and brain conditions, early symptom recognition, and modern treatment options, empowering attendees with practical knowledge to support long-term health and wellness.
Also, Ms. Sirapatra Sophatcharamanee (Baiploo), a former patient at Srisawan Hospital, shared her personal journey, inspiring others with her recovery experience.

The seminar also offered a wide range of interactive and educational wellness services, including:

- Free blood pressure screening for early detection of hypertension
- InBody analysis for detailed body composition insights—muscle, fat, and water balance
- Workshops and consultations, such as:
